ABOUT ME
Over more than 10 years scaling Eataly globally, I learned how to design strategy for complex, multi-channel businesses that blend hospitality, retail, and e-commerce into one cohesive ecosystem.
What started as an internship in Rome evolved into leading Digital Marketing for North America — building growth systems across markets, teams, and revenue streams.
Today, I translate that experience into a clear, structured method that helps brands scale smarter, align channels, and grow with intention rather than noise.
WHY CONSULTING?
I chose consulting because I chose freedom.
Freedom of movement.
Freedom of thought.
Freedom over my time and my life.
I’ve always believed that work should not sit next to life — it should be part of it. There is no “on” or “off.” There is only how you choose to live. I don’t want permission to move, to think, to create, or to build. I want responsibility instead.
Like my father in his barbershop, I want to be the main character of my own story. Not hidden behind brands, titles, or hierarchies — but fully accountable, fully visible, fully invested. There is a certain honesty in putting your name on what you build. A little ego? Maybe. But also pride, ownership, and courage.
Consulting allows me to scale who I am, not just what I produce.
I still remember buying my first MacBook in Australia and thinking: this is my office now. A Wi-Fi connection, my mind, my experience — that’s the product. Ideas. Strategy. Judgment. Vision.
But freedom, for me, is meaningless without roots.
Why NYC?
I chose New York to test myself at the highest level — to compete where standards are unforgiving and ambition is measured daily. Quietly, it was also about being able to say one day, “I made it, Dad.”
But ambition means nothing without roots. I remain deeply tied to Italy, to my family, and to the responsibility of being present as my parents age — just as they were for me.
So I built a path that allows both: global ambition and local presence.
Earning internationally. Living intentionally. Returning home consistently.
This isn’t just a career move. It’s a life project — built deliberately.
